Moon Update #4+1
| Just in case anyone was worried, Moon Update #4 didn't happen. The day went like this instead: Work Colleague: So what did you get up to at the weekend, Yaxlich? Yaxlich: Stayed in, drank beer, wa.... Work Colleague (thwapping Yaxlich with stapler): Whatever. Here are this weeks H&S manuals. So there you have it. Yaxlich is officially some kind of health and safety person. He doesn't have the first clue about either but that's how it works out. Actually that's not strictly true. He does understand both health and safety but combining the two? This makes things twice as bad. Health has 1118 words in it's Wikipedia definition and Safety has 1023 words so, by putting the two together, that's 2141 words. Yaxlich is good at maths. |

Yaxlich never fails to crack me up
So if you concentrate on about 10 words a day, you should have it cracked by the end of your first year!
Good to see your work colleagues taking such a sincere interest in you and your hobbies.
Hope you manage to meet some genuinely pleasant people at work soon - or are you stuck with the same lot all the time?
Yaxlich should get out more, instead of counting words. This does not sound healthy.
add them up..... why don't you multiply them?
Maybe you can be the Health and Safety with Regards to Mathematics person.
However, one might have difficulty getting all that onto a placard.
If health and safety in the workplace can somehow be reconciled, what becomes of sanity? Yaxlich's job sounds borderline maddening in a deadly dull non-descript way. Please do not ask me how I know, I might start crying and screaming for my teddy bear.
Nice, Yaxlich, did you try dividing them, or are decimals forbidden on health and safety grounds?
