2007 - The Year Of Love?
It seems that everyone is looking for love in 2007. Yaxlich has just returned from visiting petite anglaise and in her latest post she says that she is looking to find someone this year. Reading the comments section, it seems that most of her readers are hoping for the same including some regular visitors to this site. Jim, Yaxlich's friend in America, was bemoaning the fact that he was single at Christmas. Mimi also is hoping for a handsome cowboy to sweep her off her feet. Diamond Geezer surprised Yaxlich with his post about his diaries and even Yaxlich himself has said that it would be nice to have a girlfriend.Is 2007 going to be the year of Blog Love? Yaxlich hopes so. It's not money that makes the world go round. It's love. Love and also the original angular momentum that was there in the solar nebula from which the Earth was formed. |

post a commentDo you know, I totally forgot to mention anything of the sort on either of my blogs! I'm beginning to think that perhaps, having passed through well over three years without once having a girlfriend that I've actually forgotten what one is. Or else forgotten that I want one, which would explain why i'm clearly not looking hard enough to find one. What an incredibly sad life I lead :)
Thanks for being concerned. I am seeing someone... she's just not sure whether she wants an actual relationship, or just the occasional tryst (I don't know who said that *men* are commitment-phobic, but they obviously are NOT 100% correct).
Not me chaps. 2007 is my love free year - a year all to myself. What bliss.
But watch my blog on 1 Jan 2008 - bet I'll be singing a different tune by then..bah!

Year of Love? I say if a person loves you truly, he/she will stick to you... no matter what, whatever year it is! But if he/she doesn't, set him/her free.
Yaxlich, Greenmantle was having a conversation with his brother jst now, and realised that he only ever says your name in his head, and that speaking out loud, he doesn't have a bloody clue how it's pronounced...
If Yaxlich would kindly oblige with the phonetic, Greenmantle would be very pleased and bring him a bottle of french wine next time he is in London.
