| Judging by the fact that he has just seen the postman flying past his first floor window, Yaxlich surmises that the weather is back today after it's temporary hiatus. It's certainly very blustery today. According to the BBC website, winds of 70mph are expected today. Blustery. What a wonderful word. Yaxlich can't help but think of Winnie the Pooh. Oh no. He's done it again. Maybe they're right. Maybe he can only blog about wind and poo. |

Blustery is a good word - and Winnie the Pooh has been a big fave of mine all my life.
It's blustery here, too. But in a bad way. Somehow Poo's blustery always seemed nicer.
Please, will someone cancel the rest of winter due to severe lack of interest?

It's OK. I love Pooh, and his blustery winds.
We've played Pooh sticks in our creek but only with real sticks or pinecones. But I do feel a bit blustery today, must have been yesterday's homemade falafel.
Something strange is going on in that part of the world called Europe. Zoe blogged about wind. Mr. Angry about poo. Yaxlich about winnie and poo.
We stopped playing poo sticks when my brother fell into the stream as he was pooing off the bridge. He would never have it that you were supposed to use twigs and sticks. His argument was that the came would have been called twig sticks. He is a master of logic now!
