New Job
| There seems to be something of a drinking culture at Yaxlichs new workplace. This will explain the lack of postings this week. He's not going to go into great detail but, sufficed to say, he's learnt a lot about some of his new work colleagues this week and they, in turn, have learnt a lot about him. I hope Yaxlich hangs onto this job for as long as he can. It sounds heavenly.

blog is just plain silly. Agreed.
Work is nasty four letter word and the scourge of the drinking classes.
Be warned, I was a little pissed at work once and dropped one of thiose new fangled H&S manuals on my mates head once. Took some explaining I can tell you.
Now that sounds like Mr.X's sort of job...
Ironic how you work in a work and it seems like a bar and I work in a bar and it seems like a work.
If only we could encourage a drinking culture here, perhaps we'd have some customers.

Those are some long afternoons after 3 pints at lunch though. Beware...
Hurray for Yaxlich's newfound liquid happiness!
Lizza - It's only after work. It would be against section 56(a) of the Health and Safety Act otherwise.
Quick - Yaxlich did it once. Never again.
Billyboy - You should have simply filled in form XB7465. It would have been much easier.
Mr X - It has it's perks but it's not all beer and skittles. Mainly because Yaxlich doesn't like skittles.
Iggy - Yaxlich thinks he'll have to visit your bar sometime with Tootsie* and the rest of his colleagues.
Jim - Yaxlich recalls them sitting on a stool at the bar Friday night. He almost went up to them and told them to sit on the stool ensuring that all four of the legs were firmly planted on the ground but he decided to buy some peanuts instead.
Huw - Afternoon beers always make Yaxlich want to sleep.
Ariel - Apparently the answer to lifes questions cannot be found at the bottom of a glass. Yaxlich disagrees. He can now answer the question "Who makes the pint glasses for the Wetherspoons chain of pubs?".
