Washing Machine
| Yaxlich's family have always been very practical when it comes to buying him presents. One Christmas his sister gave him a waste bin for the kitchen because she noticed that he didn't have one. Another time his mummy got him some carpet slippers because he was walking around his flat in just his socks. The fact that Yaxlich had not worn carpet slippers since he left home in 1993 seemed to escape her. This year his mummy got him a new duvet set having noticed that Yaxlich had been sleeping under a duvet without a cover when she came to visit him a few months ago. Yaxlich put his new duvet set into the washing machine earlier so that it would smell nice when he put it onto his smelly duvet. This was about 11am this morning. He has just checked on the washing machine for about the fifth time. Currently it seems to be stuck in mid cycle with lots of water still inside it. He thinks it is probably broken. Can anyone recommend a plumber? |

Mr E has just come home and pointed to a feature on the washing machine that Yaxlich had not previously noticed called "Drain".
His new duvet set is currently spinning around happily like a frog in a blender.
Are frogs in blenders happy (generally speaking)? Maybe we need a governmental study? (Notice that the last half of the word "governmental" is "mental". Coincidence? I think not.)
Frogs in blenders are green then red..but never happy.
Yaxlich thinks that frogs in blenders look happy.
Or surprised.
Or both.
They look mostly surprised... till they change their color into red, I guess.
Glad to hear Yaxlich´s new duvet set is spinning around happily :) So there will be no need for Santa to bring a new washing machine... but maybe Yaxlich get´s a new food processor?
Yaxlich could use a rice cooker for Xmas, then he could blend that frog, add some rice and a tin of baked beans and amuse himself for hours afterwards :-)
Sanni will be pleased to hear that Yaxlich's duvet set was very nice and smelt like fresh things. He slept very well under the new duvert set and is pleased his mummy got him such a nice present.
Yaxlich's sister owns a rice cooker. He will take a frog over with him on Christmas Day and suggest the family has a change of dinner this year.
Yaxlich isn't sure he wants the world to see him. He's got a face a pig wouldn't lick.
